WANT TO BECOME A INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC?
We offer a entry level Industrial Maintenance Mechanic course

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Training

It has been known for while that there is a growing need for multi-craft maintenance mechanics. Traditionally employers where hiring electricians and mechanics to support their maintenance needs, which has resulted in limited resources when maintenance issues would come up.  Over several decades many employers and their employees have managed to cross train to multi-crafts, this also has limitations due to formal education in their respected areas.

We are offering entry level traditional educational training, where each student will have the opportunity to learn the basic principles of electrical and mechanical theories and the practical applications. This program will address the purposes of the multi-craft and how they encompass the variety of technical skill areas. These are some of the areas, but not limited to:

  • Electrical power
  • Electrical controls
  • Fluid power
  • Mechanical transmission
  • Print readings
  • Troubleshooting
  • Etc……

Current issues that most employers are faced with are the levels of qualified maintenance mechanics; this is mainly due to the ageing workforce and rapid amount of retirements.   The current generation of the workforce isn’t well prepared and qualified to meet the job skills requirements. Our approach will help meet these qualification challenges, by traditional education modules:
